The character of the infrared radiation that emitted by the aviation aluminum skin of the aircraft, is one of the important basis that traced by the infrared radiation detecting equipment. Modern aircraft flying rapidly in the atmosphere, the surface temperature of the aircraft and the surrounding temperature field was significantly increased through the severe friction with the air. And the infrared radiation energy of 8~12?m band was significantly increased through this process. The infrared character of the skin could be measured through this feature.The topic of this research is the measuring technology of the aircraft skin's infrared radiation character(infrared temperature mainly). Includes the calibration method of thermal imager and FTIR radiometer, which based on the temperature measurement principle of infrared radiation; The analysis and solution of two important affecting factors of the surface temperature measurement of the target, the infrared emissivity of the target and the transmittance of the atmospheric. The research of these factors is important to the measurement of the target. Then the temperature of the skin has been calculated in the laboratory environment.In chapter one, the research background of this article, and the development status of the infrared radiation characters of aircraft skin during 8~12 ?m wave band in both domestic and international infrared optical and thermodynamics region was detailedly introduced.In chapter two, the short-range calibration method of thermal imager and FTIR radiometer based on large work area blackbody source was emphatic discussed. Direct expanded source method in a short-range was adopted. The data was processed through weighted least square method.In chapter three, the infrared emissivity of the target and the transmittance of the atmospheric was calculated, and the relationship between the measuring distance and the transmittance has been researched through BP neural net-work.In chapter four, the measurement method of the skin infrared temperature was researched, the atmospheric energy skewing factor model was built, and applied in the experience of measurement of the infrared temperature.In chapter five, the infrared contrast ratio of the skin between different background in different temperature was calculated, and the model of the contrast ratio and the temperature difference between the target and background, and based on this point, the infrared stealth ability evaluation index was presented.
