Multiphysics coupling phenomenon widely exists in everywhere of our life. With the improvement of life quality and mechanical properties, the coupling analysis has also become more and more important. This article explained the data transfer of fluid-structure-interaction of wings, and established a new method of data transfer between the different mesh, and provided a new way to solve fluid-structure-interaction problem of wings.In general, the mesh of Computational Fluid Dynamics needed is much denser than the mesh of Computational Structural Dynamics needed, therefore, it is resulting a problem of data transfer because of inconsistent mesh, which is leading an important part of fluid-structure- interaction problem. In this paper, we established the connection between the node loads of flow mesh and the node loads of structure mesh at the fluid structure interface using radial basis function interpolation method, and get the transfer matrix.Focus on inconsistency of two meshes, this paper is also studied about how to get nodes coordinates and nodes loads and how to load nodes loads in the INP file exported by FLUENT and ABAQUS. Writing an application programming interface using C# according to the different INP files of FLUENT and ABAQUS, and completing the data transfer between the different nodes loads in the INP file conversion process.At the end of this paper, I made a comparison of the fluid-structure-interaction analysis results by using ANSYS – Workbench calculated and radial basis function interpolation calculated. By comparison, this two calculation results obtained can be considered consistent with the conclusions, which completely illustrated the correctness of radial basis function interpolation method that is applied in fluid-structure coupling interface data transfer.
