With the development of computer, information, communication,Traffic management departments have been more and more using the technique to improve the transportation construction.GNSS has been widely used as its real-time position function.GIS has also been used by its strong spatial statistics and analysis.Based on this research background. This paper presents a set of GNSS and GIS technology in one of the subjects two driver examination. In this paper, based on GNSS subject two driving exam system with GIS, gives the technology route, the whole system is divided into two parts, one is the GNSS side, one is the GIS, and of GNSS the accuracy and availability of assessment, and can meet the test standard, GIS client communication and client, by using the c++ development with AE for the realization of the platform, and realize visualization of map, realized the function of the visualization and spatial analysis. In computerized subject two drivers test system, in order to realize the automatic evaluation of the test information, vehicle and line pressing on the location of the judgment, the motion of the vehicle direction judgment, requires precise and real-time positioning the location of the test vehicle.High precision GNSS/GIS technology can achieve good test vehicle positioning problem.Paper firstly introduces the realization of high-precision GNSS/GIS technology, and then a detailed analysis of the test vehicle model for precision error of judgment. And vehicle direction judgment method, finally gives the motor vehicle drivers of the automatic test system about the space automatic evaluation of the results of instance.
