The gun barrel tube is one important constituent of modern automatic weapons system,the life of automatic weapon and the automaton can be measured by tube's life,that is to say,the tube life determines the automaton life in a very great degree.The barrel tube is also the major component which undertakes the projectile's launching,at the same time it has significant influence to the automatic weapon's firing accuracy,so it is significant to insure the performance of automatic weapons measuring the pipe of gun tube.Because it is still the artificial way carrying on the examination for the gun tube at present,in which the examination efficiency is low,quantitative detection cannot be achieved and so on.This article takes the fire barrel tube as study object,carries on the examination to its chamber parameters,proposes one automatic non-contact examination system based on the interaction between upper and lower computer.This system has some advantages such as the high examination efficiency,the high automaticity,the quantitative detection on each parameter and so on ? The system takes use of laser displacement sensor as detecting instrument,drives the laser displacement sensor to move rectilinearly in the gun tube by mechanical structure,uses fine-tuning mechanism to calibrate the position?When the tube moves around an axis,detecting the bore parameters,PC controlling motor to start,stop and to adjust the speed?The paper uses multi-turn type absolute encoder to locate the zero position,converts analog signals collected to digital signals through AD module,real time displays and processes in PC,,displays the gathered single section value under the rectangular coordinate system and the polar coordinate,to get specific parameters size values.In this paper,it has done to analysis and compute each error constitution for the system,and also calibrate the adjustable error carries on the computation,to calculate the constitute parameters,match and select devices of the system?After the experimental confirmation,the system may realize examination tube's parameter for each section,and draws the tube section's skeleton map under the polar coordinate system,so that to observe the sudden change place from in the chart.
