Riding vehicle comfortably is the main way to evaluate vehicle performance, as the main targets including safety and comfortable, safety and comfort is contradictory problem in automobile manufacturing, therefore experience and simulation optimization is an effective way to achieve a good safety and comfort. When the powertrain run on idling speed, the steering wheel shake violently, a preliminary analysis of the vibration comes from the powertrain, therefore the mounting system need to be redesigned.In order to solve this problem, suspension of six degrees of freedom mathematical model is established through the way of energy decoupling in this paper, by setting the optimization variables, and using the optimization function fgoalattain to do optimization calculation, in order to verify the optimization result is correct, the vehicle 11 degrees of freedom mathematical model is established. The powertrain before and after optimization generation vertical stiffness into the whole vehicle model to calculate, through the establishment of road random excitation model, verifying the correctness of the optimization results, through the verification of the optimization results can better reduce the sensitive area-seat acceleration and displacement of human body, it also can instruct certain car security, finally designing the physics model of the mounting according the optimizing results.Through the establishment of simulation model can better achieve targets between automobile safety and comfort, it also can guide the production practice of the application.
