With the rapid progress of scientific technology and the rapid development of social economy, high-rise buildings have been the important symbol of modern city, the elevator which as a vertical transportation, bear the transportation of many people and logistics, therefore, the study of elevators is very important. For questions that there are many elevators of in high-rise buildings, they are scattered and the maintenance of elevators in not timely, put forward a remote monitoring system of group control elevators, whose operation is optimal, picture is beautiful, alarm and maintenance is timely.The system use multi-objective optimization method to establish the objective function, then use the characteristic of particle swarm optimization, which includes simple concept, the fast convergence speed, easy to implement, bring in simulated annealing thought to overcome the disadvantage that easy to fall into local optimum at the same time, thus establish particle swarm-simulated annealing hybrid algorithm. Use the algorithm to optimize the objective function, thereby upper computer dispatches elevators reasonably according to the results of algorithm, then achieve the purpose of optimization of elevator running performance.Through MATLAB simulation and analysis, the system saves the time of waiting for the elevator, taking the elevator, breakdown and maintenance, improve the efficiency of the elevator, the system has great application prospect.
