Many of the earthquake disaster investigations survey, as currently the most widely used reinforced concrete frame structure in different intensity of earthquake subjects to different degree of damage or destruction. If the structure under the condition of the injury is not repaired maintenance and continues to be use, then the injury will eventually develop into the damage or collapse with the accumulation and the superposition of time. So the research of reinforced concrete frame structure which as the research object of cumulative damage effect has more practical-meaning and application value.In this paper, a building worker dormitory building six layer reinforced concrete frame structure as the research background, to structure under the effect of different earthquake acceleration peak value of combination of cumulative damage effect as the research object. With the aid of the finite element software ANSYS, we use the proposed based on the displacement and the stiffness degradation of new combinations of double damage model parameters, when considering the cumulative damage effect calculate and analyze the earthquake response and damage of reinforced concrete frame structure. Through the above research work, the following conclusions:(1) After the finite element model is established, we use static analysis methods to analyze the reinforced concrete frame structure considering the stiffness degradation and doesn't considering the stiffness degradation the mechanical properties. Further validation of structure damage assessment, considering the analysis of the stiffness degradation results more in line with the engineering practice.(2) On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the domestic and foreign representative single and double parameters damage mode, we optimize the finite element model parameters, and then put forward two parameters including the displacement and the stiffness degradation of new combinations of damage model is proposed.(3) With the double parameters of the new combination damage model for reinforced concrete frame structure does dynamic analysis, and then get the dynamic displacement time history curve; Contrast the reinforced concrete frame structure under different seismic peak acceleration combination affected by cumulative damage effect, and then compare the calculation and analysis results with the damage of reinforced concrete frame structure without considering cumulative damage effect, in order to study the damage law finally.
