Floods first appeared in the pre-Qin classics in the history of our country.It has been 4000 years since then.China has suffered frequent flood disasters.In recent years,the use of flood storage and detention to distinguish flood storage is a hot topic.Performing flood analysis to play a role in flood prevention and disaster reduction in flood storage and detention areas Regarding people's livelihood and national development,it is an inevitable requirement to realize regional flood control planning and economic rationality.It is urgent to strengthen the flood risk management of flood storage and detention areas in China.As one of the non-engineering measures,flood risk research can effectively provide a basis for flood control command,risk avoidance transfer and disaster assessment.This paper combines the characteristics of the hydrological basin of the moon bubble flood storage and detention area,determines the flood analysis conditions,divides five flood conditions according to the moon bubble flood control dispatching implementation plan,formulates the flood calculation plan,and establishes the one and two-dimensional hydrodynamic models of the flood storage and detention area.To verify the accuracy of the model,the 1998 Heidi Temple Hydrological Station was used.The flood data of the Baishatan Hydrological Station were simulated and calculated,and the parameters were continuously adjusted to determine the main parameters of the model.The model was used to carry out flood control evaluation research,flood evolution analysis was conducted,and the flood risk map of the moon bubble storage detention area was preliminarily drawn.The flood arrival time,submerged water depth and other disaster-causing characteristics were obtained,and the flood impact analysis was carried out.It is concluded that Harbin's plan to control the 200-year flood inundation area is 680.36km2,the highest water level in the flood storage and detention area is 134.50 m,and the water storage is 2.371 billion m3,which is most affected by the flood.The impact of other schemes is more affected by the Nenjiang River.obvious.The setting of crevasses in the moon-bubble storage detention area and Zhenlai section played a role in staggering the peak volume,further reducing the flood control pressure on the main stream of the Nenjiang River,and also providing time for the evacuation of surrounding residents.
