In recent years, the rapid development of China's industry, the demand for coal is also growing, in this situation, large mining height hydraulic support has also been a rapid development. But because of the roof of the large mining height workplace sinking fast, coupled columns bore large, all these require large flow relief valve works reliably to protect personal safety and equipment operation. Because of the capacity of testing large flow relief valve is relatively low, which hindered the development of large flow valve to some extent. To solve these problems, this article will study on shock loading system of high flow relief valveFirstly, elaborate the development of the test system of shock loading on the large flow relief valve, and analyze the impact of feasibility, operability and economy of four different ways to load. Calculate and analyze the pressure loss for the two basic principles of test system. Choose an ideal shock loading test way for high flow valve as basic scheme.When determining the accumulator fast loading test system theory, analyze of the pressure cylinder, accumulator, unloading valves and switching valves in the system, which are important part of the system, and to determine its parameters. Analyze the work process of the system, and each valve, pump operation situation.Then with AMESim software, and according to the principle of accumulator fast loading to build a model of the system, import the signal of simulation, by manually adjusting the proportional relief valve, making the outlet pressure of pressurized cylinder to reach the shock pressure, by simulation to get the curves of results.Secondly, according to the system working process, with Simulink to build control model of the system for simulation, and created co-simulation interface in AMESim model, by S-function block in simulink to co-simulate.Finally, with computational fluid dynamics software to numerical simulate for pressurized cylinder, which will be used moving grid technology. Write UDF program with the results data obtained in co-simulation. With this C file, define the movement of the corresponding boundary. Through numerical simulations, we can get the actual situation of fluid flow in high-pressure chamber of pressurized cylinder.
