With the enhanced awareness of environmental protection, hydraulic drive technology are taken more attention to. Hydraulic pumps that is difficult in the development of hydraulic components is an important part of hydraulic drive system. Compared with hydraulic oil, the viscosity of water is small and lubrication is poor, which is likely to cause pump wear, corrosion, leaks and other problems. Developing water pressure pumps, especially hydraulic axial piston pump is particularly important.Slipper is a friction important of hydraulic axial piston. In order to ensure lubrication, slipper is hydrostatic support structure. This article discusses the principle and structure of hydrostatic bearing about slipper, analyzing fluid state through Reynolds. Water in damping hole is mainly turbulent and the length of damping hole where water is turbulent is much less than the length of damping hole where water is laminar.Try to keep the water film laminar, which helps to reduce the leakage and to ensure the performance of the shoe. Slipper hydrostatic bearing performance when water in damping hole is turbulent is different from the traditional hydrostatic bearing performance. Build model of water film and analysis influence of parameters on the water film thickness by MATLAB. Analysis flow field of slipper by FLUENT and research pressure distribution and velocity distribution of flow field, which provides a reference for the shoe of design.
