The requirement of safety production in our country is becoming more and more high, and the hidden investigation, accident prevention and accident treatment in the production process become more and more important. In the process of production safety,safety management and safety supervision work need to collect a lot of evidence to ensure safety in production. Now the dangerous places will configure the explosion-proof series camera as a forensic tool. But there is no clear requirement in other areas, especially the general industrial enterprises, even though they exist many dangerous places, on-site data collection also did not configure Protection special photographic equipment to collect the field data of safety work.This paper is to design a protective shell for the ordinary camera used to record images, which is mainly applicable to the dangerous places in the factory.This topic interprets the related basic theory of protective enclosure design,according to the actual situation of the enclosure design, targeted analyze the design standards. Then fully grasp the theoretical basis of the design. The formation of the overall design scheme is according to the theoretical basis of design standards,combined with the actual situation of the camera protective enclosure. In formation process of the scheme, the first thing I do is to analyze the scope of the camera. And the enclosure design is applied for various types of cameras. At the same time, the camera fixed and sealed are both considered. In the part of enclosure parameter design, through the existing formula of theoretical parameters are calculated, and then according to the practical experience of the use and design of estimation, finally get the valuable parameters of every part. On the basis of the calculation results,draw a three-dimensional model of the camera protective enclosure, with the NX7.0software using. Then for the model, carry on finite element analysis of elastic mechanics. Analysis confirmed that the design is reasonable. Afterwards though to using a 3D printer on the enclosure, build a physical print processing sample. Then check and test whether the sample meets the requirements of protective standard onprotective enclosure. After confirmed the sample passing the test, thermodynamic analysis is carried out on the sample, derived the rationality of protective Aluminum Alloy enclosure designed in this paper. Finally, summarize the design results, and put forward the improvement measures to improve the design of inadequate design.This design has a strong theoretical foundation, reliable algorithm support and professional software assistance. For safety coefficient is big enough in the design,so simulation and test results for the final machining product performance will play to an important role in guiding. The design results can reflect the final product of the vast majority of performance index.
