Research On The Facade Design Of The Prefabricated Houses Based Standardization Of House Type

In recent years, prefabricated houses get fast development, particularly in the development of large cities such as Beijing. Its main advantages embodied in the great potential of construction efficiency, residential quality and energy-saving emission reduction. At the same time, the prefabricated houses earn widespread social attention, and supported. However, in the design method, in the standardization of the requirements of the assembly type residential personalized visual form is limited. Therefore, this paper discusses the role of design in building visual modeling and its solution from the two aspects of the assembly style residence and the exterior facade diversity. The specific research contents are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly describes the background, the purpose and significance of the research. Overview the study of the domestic and international design of the prefabricated houses, define the object and the basic frame of the research.The second chapter, from the basic mode and the current situation of the development status of the prefabricated houses, through the general situation of the related theory and technical support of the assembly house is grasped by the literature review, and the influence of the characteristics of the assembly house is analyzed by combining the actual project. Provide basic date and method for the late research on the analysis and using reference.The third chapter is analysis the factors of prefabricated houses’individual development factors. The core point is how to deal with the relationship between the plane and elevation, the influence of building facade diversity. From the impact of the facade of the requirements of its own components, combined with analysis the elements, such as facade elements and decorative structure, it provide methods for the next chapter to achieve the diversity of the facade design.The fourth chapter basis on the analysis of the previous chapter, it puts forward the adaptive method between the plane and the prefabricated houses facade, and introduces the principle of plane design. In this chapter, the system is divided into the composition, the angle of the decoration, the design principle of the facade diversity, and comprehensively expounds the method and effect.The fifth chapter, through the instance of Beijing prefabricated houses engineering examples to expand the empirical research of standard design method in the third and the fourth chapters, and puts forward a feasible scheme. At the same time, the effect of the scheme is evaluated by the method of horizontal comparison.The sixth chapter is the conclusion of this paper. It concludes the research results、innovation points and the development trend of the future.
