| Prefabricated building has many merits,such as shortening the construction time,improving the quality of building,reducing material waste,alleviating the environmental load.For its sustainable potentiality,prefabricated building has become an important part of the research of sustainable building.Prefabricated construction is an important content and inevitable trend of sustainable development of China’s construction industry.However,prefabricated buildings on the one hand are in pursuit of rapid construction and batch replication,it lacks of diversity and local climate adaptability research.On the other hand,the existing buildings are insufficient in sustainable performance and integrated design,which can not effectively respond to the user’s urgent demand for comfort and energy saving in the whole life cycle of the building.The building’s envelope directly affects the heat exchange,natural ventilation and natural lighting between the building and the external environment,and these three aspects will constitute more than 60% of the building’s air conditioning load.Therefore,the systematic study of the prefabricated building envelope is an important way to improve the sustainable performance of the prefabricated construction.This study will focus on the sustainable performance of prefabricated buildings,especially focus on the construction of three strategies of prefabricated facade unit design and its climate adaptability.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The research focuses on the structural system of three kinds of prefabricated facade units: light steel keel system,prefabricated concrete system(PC)and Cross-laminated timber(CLT)system,sums up drawings of this structure system and selects the structural form of facade unit with the best cost and insulation performance.(2)Based on the comparative analysis of the research status,I propose three strategies of facade unit: cavity type,well box type and embed type.I also choose three climate regions to do the research.(3)I also propose the construction practice,structural connection and connection with the main structure for each strategy.(4)The energy consumption simulation software Design Builder is used to simulate the energy consumption of three strategies in different climate regions to test the energy saving effect.(5)Taking the raw material cost of the facade unit as the initial investment cost and the total cost of the whole life cycle heating and cooling energy consumption of the facade unit as the operation cost,the comprehensive economic performance is analyzed.Conclusion: This paper finished the strategic design of three kinds of prefabricated facade units: cavity type,well box type and embed type.The research results can provide the basis for the structural selection of prefabricated facade units,and provide reference and inspiration for the design of performance-oriented prefabricated facade units. |
