Gas regulator is a very important equipment in gas transmission and distribution system,which is used to regulate gas pressure,namely under the flow changes,providing stable pressure in downstream,and has the function of safety protection.In operation,the disturbance will affects the safety and reliability of gas transmission and distribution system directly.So the gas regulator fault diagnosis and safety early warning technology research has very important social and economic significance.The first part of this paper mainly discuss the low pressure regulator,Fisher 1098,which is the most commonly used in Beijing.Using EMD decomposition to decompose the outlet pressure data,and analyzed the characteristics of energy moment of different fault,construct the early warning technology in low pressure regulator fault.After over one year online evaluation application and according to the results of expert scoring,using BP neural network on the feedback results of self-learning to accuracy fault criterion.In the second part of this paper mainly discusses the high pressure gas regulator,because of the high pressure environment is relatively complex and has more data type,so the technology of fault diagnosis is different from the former.At present,the fault diagnosis technology of multi-parameter is still in the development stage.In this paper,mainly discuss the feasibility to use the multi-sensor data fusion technology and the pressure regulating device modeling method,no exact methods and technologies has been taken because of the time,hoping readers could conduct follow-up study to this problem.
