In the gas transmission and distribution system,the gas pressure regulator is the core equipment for voltage reduction and voltage regulation,which plays a decisive role in ensuring the entire pipeline network operating smoothly.In actual production and operation,the failure of the regulator due to external or internal factors will directly affect the gas supply demand of downstream users,especially high-medium pressure gas regulators since it could even bring security risks when having malfunctions.Therefore,using the existing technical measures to conduct characteristic research on the fault data of regulators and then developing a complete intelligent fault diagnosis and early warning system has a significant meaning in not only improving the operation and maintenance level of gas equipment but ensuring the safety and stability of the gas pipeline network.First of all,this article starts with the factors that affect the working performance of the voltage regulator in order to study the mechanism of the pressure regulator.Meanwhile,analyzing the cause of the failure in conjunction with the actual regulator to be repaired,and then analyzing the static and dynamic characteristics of the pressure regulator theoretically.Moreover,using the Apriori algorithm to explore the correlation between multivariable correlation coefficients and typical faults.The calculation results show that the correlation coefficients between multiple variables will produce strong rules with four typical faults within a certain value range.These quantified strong rules can be used as auxiliary criteria to enrich the fault diagnosis and early warning model of high-medium pressure gas regulators.Finally,the wavelet packet analysis algorithm and the Apriori algorithm are used to extract the characteristics of the high-pressure level regulator’s fault cases,which enriches the system’s characteristic indicators.Focus on perfecting and modifying the system flow to optimize and upgrade the high-medium pressure gas regulator fault diagnosis and safety warning system based on the wavelet packet analysis method,adding the strong rules of multi-variable correlation coefficient with typical faults and the voltage regulation index as auxiliary criteria.And then using the regulator’s fault case data collected by the production department of the Gas Group and the application examples of the demonstration station for analysis and verification,proving that the optimized system can effectively carry out fault diagnosis and early warning for regulators with different pressure levels.In addition,it could enlighten further research on the intelligent early warning function of high-medium pressure gas regulators according to current research results. |
