The Planning Study Of Recuperative Resort For The Elder

According to the fifth census data show that China's population over 60 years of age of,accounting for 10.2% of the total population,in accordance with the United Nations standards,has entered the aging society.Besides,the rapid economic and social development in China also leads to increasing economic income of the old and rising demands of the old for relaxation and rehabilitation.More and more old people leave home to seek relaxation and rehabilitation in holiday resorts and even settle down in these holiday resorts for the rest of their life.Though the number of relaxation and rehabilitation holiday resorts in China is soaring to meet social development demands,few of them can combine characteristics of the aging society and characteristics suitable for the old.In particular,summary and practical exploration of relevant theories is lacking.Therefore,this paper proceeds from the perspective of the aging society,adopts relaxation and rehabilitation holiday resorts suitable for the old as research objects and attempts to carry out a meaningful exploration of design theories and methods for relaxation and rehabilitation holiday resort planning.Chapter 1 is the introduction part,which introduces the research background,the definition of relevant concepts,the research status both at home and abroad,the research purpose and significance,and expounds on relevant theories for the following research.At the end of this chapter,the author puts forward the research outline for this paper.Chapter 2 is a basic research into relaxation and rehabilitation holiday resorts suitable for the old.First,relevant theories are expounded.Second,China's relaxation and rehabilitation holiday resorts are classified,and problems existing in their current development status are analyzed and summarized.Second,from the perspective of suitability for the old,the author summarizes and examinations the relaxation and rehabilitation holiday resort planning and design experiences abroad.Chapter 3 is the study of the characteristics of the elderly leisure convalescence.First of all,the characteristics of the aging society in China are analyzed,and then the classification? the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly are studied.Finally,the paper analyses the special needs of the elderly.Chapter 4 discusses planning and design methods for relaxation and rehabilitation holiday resorts suitable for the old.Based on the research of the former chapter,this chapter puts forward the overall planning principles of safety,enhancement of interpersonal relationship and medical care.Then,based on a series of empirical research,the author puts forward planning and design theories and methods from the perspective of overall planning and layout,land use planning,road traffic system design,public open space and layout design of various service facilities.Chapter 5 is an empirical research.Dazhou Island Relaxation and Old-age Care Holiday Resort is adopted as a case study.The research findings related to planning and design of relaxation and rehabilitation resorts suitable for the old are applied to the case so as to test the feasibility of research findings of this paper and further improve them as well.
