The Research Of PMSM Intelligent Control In Elevator

Elevator plays a very important role in the modern high-rise building.Traction machine is the main drag equipment of elevator,and adopting different traction motor and drive control mode,energy consumption of the elevator will be a big difference.Gearless permanent magnet synchronous motor belongs to the variable voltage variable frequency speed control mode,which has a huge advantage in high efficiency and energy saving operation.Studying of elevator with permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system and applied intelligent control algorithm,will obtain a better dynamic performance and has a very good practical significance.The main research work in this paper is as follows:1.By extensive literature,analysising the speed control technology of permanent magnet synchronous motor and combining with the operation characteristics of elevator,the control strategy of vector is selected to use in permanent magnet synchronous motor speed regulating system.2.This paper puts forward use BP-PID algorithm and RBF-PID algorithm in the permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system based on elevator.The simulation model of permanent magnet synchronous motor control system based on PI control,BP-PID control and RBF-PID control were established respectively,and the simulation result with speediness,anti-turbulence,different load torque and elevator speed curve tracking effect is carried out.Finally,in this paper,the hardware connection,debugging and software design process are given,and the rotor initial position detection positioning,generation of SVPWM inverter trigger signal and speed control experiments were carried out based on the experiment platform of Myway.3.According to the simulation analysis of two kinds of intelligent control algorithm,the dynamic response of speed can be effectively improved.At the same time,the elevator running speed curve can be very good to follow.Besieds,the control effect of RBF-PID algorithm is slightly better than BP – PID,and as the control algorithm of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on elevator is feasible.It can improve the dynamic performance of the system,and has a certain use value.
