Permanent magnet speed governor has the advantages of simple structure,high efficiency,energy saving,green environmental protection,effective isolation vibration,etc.,so it is widely used in pumps,centrifugal fans and other rotating machinery and equipment.However,due to the presence of dust and solid particles in the air,the internal accumulation of the permanent magnetic speed governor is more serious,which affects the service life of the permanent magnetic speed governor.In the paper,the method of computational fluid dynamics is used to simulate the single phase flow field and two-phase flow in a permanent magnetic speed governor.By using the Design Modeler module in ANSYS Workbench to establish the model of permanent magnetic speed governor,and the simulation of the flow field is simulated with the aid of ANSYS Fluent software.In order to study the influence of blade number and structure on the single phase flow field of permanent magnet governor and the effect of the addition of fins on the inner part of the conductor rotor,The physical model of 13 kinds of permanent magnet speed governor with different blade numbers and 11 different blade angles and the model of were constructed,and the model of six kinds of side blade and the model of three conductor rotors add fins inside were built,the research demonstrates that the best model of the permanent magnet governor is that both inside and outside of the permanent magnet rotor added blades,meantime,outside of the conductor added blades and inside of the conductor added fins,and there is an angle of-30 degree between a fin and the normal of the internal surface.At this time the speed of the import and export of permanent magnetic speed governor up to 2.59kg/s,Around the permanent magnet speed governor conductor rotor particle line speed is the biggest.The internal flow field of permanent magnetic speed smooth,fluid retention of dead air significantly reduced,minimum ash.In this paper,a numerical simulation method is used to study permanent magnetic speed flow and dust particles distribution,get permanent magnet easy to plot the ashes for by changing the permanent magnet speed governor model to prevent accumulation of the effect of the ash,to reduce the temperature of permanent magnet speed regulator to ensure permanent magnet speed governor can,it plays an important role in the safe temperature range. |
