With the continuous consumption of coal resources,the use of renewable energy power generation has become a hot topic in today's society.The technology of distributed generation that connects to the grid makes full use of solar energy,wind energy,biomass and other renewable energy to generate electricity,which can effectively alleviate the current situation of China's energy shortage,and play a positive role in improving the environment.But after the distributed generation is connected to the power grid,the power flow distribution of the whole power system is changed and a higher requirement for voltage stability is put forward.Distributed generation has the randomness and volatility,which seriously affects the safe and economic operation of power grid.In this paper,the traditional method of automatic voltage control(AVC control)of the three level power network is improved.For the first stage voltage control,the fuzzy boundary treatment is carried out on the basis of the original nine area control method and the original area is divided into sixteen small areas for improvement.For the second level voltage control,the scene of the highest probability is selected as the representative scene by using Chebyshev's inequality,and then based on fuzzy clustering analysis,the area is redivided.Futhermore,the guide node in control area is selected by using the principle of objective function minimization and the task of voltage regulation is accomplished by fuzzy control.Based on the study of the original particle swarm optimization algorithm,the improvement of the algorithm is improved.When the frequency and voltage are kept within the allowable range,the multiple objective function is created with the minimum active power loss and the minimum voltage offset.By improved particle swarm optimization algorithm,the optimal range of reactive power regulation is obtained.The improved control method is simulated by using Matlab.Result shows that the improved AVC control method makes the passing rate of the wind power generation voltage increase significantly.Based on the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm,the reactive power optimization method with the minimum active power loss and the minimum voltage offset has remarkable economic benefit and optimization effect.
