At present the alternating electric spindle, which use the permanent magnetsynchronous motor (PMSM) as the core component, is widely used in highprecision processing manufacturing equipment. Therefore, to broaden the speedrange is important for improving the manufacturing accuracy and efficiency. Sincethe flux weakening technique could broaden the speed range, it get more and moreattention. Hence, choosing the proper motor and drive system to achieve the fluxweakening control has important theoretical significance and practical value. Theresearch is based on the stator shunt tooth structure PMSM and then does theresearch on the vector control(VC) technique related to the flux weakening(FW)control. The main research contents in the following aspects:First of all, use the magnetic circuit model to analysis the motor maniacalstructure factor of the flux weakening performance. Use the field and magneticcircuit combine technique to analyze the improvement of flux weakeningperformance of the shunt tooth structure, then puts forward the stator shunt toothstructure PMSM mathematics model in the condition of constant power.Secondly, the paper derives the stator shunt tooth structure PMSM’selectromagnetic constraint conditions, divides the speed adjust areas, does researchon the voltage constraint considering the stator resistance and derives one advancedmodel, design the flux weakening speed adjust strategy in the whole speedoperation range combining the characteristics of the stator shunt tooth structure,verify the control strategy through Simulink.Again, based on the research of the flux weakening control algorithm, thepaper do some research on the PMSM drive system, gives the calculation method ofthe current loop parameter and puts forward the seven segment space vectormodulation method to restrain the motor stator current harmonic, puts forward thevoltage vector time standard MAO threshold concept in order to improve thealgorithm’s operation efficiency.Finally, based on the former analysis of the theoretical technology, build thePMSM flux weakening speed regulation system hardware platform, and writecontrol algorithm and do some experiment to verify the flux weakening controlalgorithm. It shows that the algorithm is correct and effective.
