Research On Key Technology And Building The ITS Data Network

With development of integrated traffic, the gradual formation of road network, the emergence of new technologies, the intensification of idea of traffic service, the traffic informatization of our country is transferring from infrastructure building, independent construction of single-section system, and realization of basic functions for supervision to the aspects of integration, network and services. It is a hot research nowadays how to build a traffic information architecture under this context which can be compatible with the existing system platforms and adapt to future network development, to assume business information and users'real-time needs of the future traffic demand, especially in vehicle and road collaborative system, it can control, command and guide moving vehicles.The paper combined research "the underlying protocol specification of Jiangsu Expressway field monitoring equipment" and "the technology hierarchy and application framework of Jiangsu traffic sensor network", presented the concept of the ITS Data Network, introduced technology hierarchy of the ITS Data Network, forecast the ITS data network development based on LDM3, gave out the field equipment underlying data objects specifications, discussed the communication protocol, network communication platform architecture and communication space interface CALM of the ITS Data Network, researched ITS Data Network Information convergence and fusion, and described the general considerations of design the road network center database based on LDM3 and overall of information exchange between databases. This paper aimed to build the the ITS Data Network, to achieve the effective way of people, vehicles, roads trinity coordinated development, the Government's transport policy change under the context of "the Big Traffic" and the effectiveness of using the intelligent transportation systems to improve the traffic and transport situation.The paper contribution is:1. Proposed the concept of ITS Data Network, hackled the construction of intelligent transportation system from the point of view of the data network;2. Forecast the development ITS data network based on the LDM3, based on the discussion of the the ITS data network technology hierarchy;3.Proposed the field equipment underlying data objects specifications, fundamentally solve the problem of the interchangeability;4.Designed the road network data center based on LDM3 and generally designed the information interaction between the big data center databases.
