Railway transportation is one of the main form of transportation in our country.With the expansion of railway coverage,the stability of the locomotive equipment has higher requirements.At present,our locomotive fault diagnosis and maintenance of the technical level compared in developed countries still have a large gap,State data access method of locomotive is more onefold,and the communication network can't satisfy the mass data transmission requirements.Therefore,establish a kind of sensor network with distributed data access and Ethernet platform for locomotive of important equipment working state real time monitoring and analysis,can effectively reduce for locomotive fault caused by the various other hazards,and improve the operation safety of locomotive.In this paper,build a based on Ethernet distributed information acquisition and processing of the fault diagnosis system based on the existing train network and the on-board equipment.First of all,this paper narrates the whole system structure,main function and the environment of state data types and network interface.Following,analyzes the vehicle-level-network and grouping grade level vehicles in the on-board Ethernet network under the environment of the work by the OPNET simulation software,and focusing on analysis of the impact on the distance of communication in network and across connect between vehicles.Secondly,based on D-S Evidence Theory,the influence of evidence of primary evidence to be amended,and revised evidence by weighted way,output a reliable fusion result.Finally,this paper discusses the software design and hardware working principle.Among them,the software design using C/C++programming language,in the X86 framework hosts use XPE embedded system,and according to the need of embedded operating system cropping and drives transplantation.System hardware,operation host using the high performance ETX module,mainly responsible for data analysis and processing,and data acquisition cell choose high performance microcontroller as the acquisition of the node main controller,and expand the corresponding network interface.
