Riveting of automation and mechanization of not only greatly improve the production efficiency, but also significantly improve the quality of products of riveting. Compared with traditional way of artificial riveting, the former can be riveted 10 times the efficiency; At the same time, greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers, the most important thing is to improve the quality of the riveting, the greatest degree reduces the manual riveting due to operator proficiency and physical quality defects caused by factors such as limit. This paper puts forward a kind of hole detection of automatic drilling and riveting system sprigging technology research, including hole detection device design and sprigging manipulator design, as a pilot study, specific work of this paper is as follows:(1) Study of domestic and foreign automatic riveting system and shaft hole assembly test method of the status quo, in-depth study of the key methods for system, and the paper summarizes their technical methods, finally it is concluded that a kind of high efficiency, high precision and low cost method of detection and sprigging.(2) The overall design of the detection system, overall layout design mainly includes the detection device, such as mobile platform layout, the layout of grating ruler, the layout of sensors, the layout of control system, etc., of the detection system and component modeling and assembly.(3) The innovative structure design of sprigging mechanism, start from the working process of working object rivet, sprigging manipulator design work process, determine its specific structure, the sprigging manipulator modeling and virtual assembly, and sprigging process of sprigging mechanism movement simulation.
