There is no substitute for car in today's society for people, but to burn oil-based automotive air pollution in a very serious, there's a shortage of non-renewable resources, but also to cause the greenhouse effect of these pollutants and acid rain and other environmental issue. Environmental pollution in our country, a direct result of the car occupied by a large part of it. Therefore, the study of electric vehicles is very meaningful. With the introduction of national policies, and more conducive to the development of electric vehicles.In addition to speed performance permanent magnet synchronous motor with a direct-current motor good advantage, but also has a brushless structure, reliable operation and other advantages of the AC motor, and high efficiency, high density and small size, become the electric car research focus. This paper studies the Permanent magnet synchronous motor direct torque control strategy and its improvements. Direct torque control has an advantage at the main structure, response speed and robustness to parameter variations than vector control. In today through direct torque control has been a lot of development, but there are still many imperfections, there is still much room for growth, such as torque and flux fluctuations, large fluctuations in the inverter switching frequency.This paper describes the structure and classification of PMSM is derived based on the relationship between the coordinates of the given space vector mathematical model of Permanent magnet synchronous motor in various coordinate systems, and analysis of the traditional principle of Direct torque control. Proposed a new type of flux observer eliminate direct-current offset, and build a simulation model verification.Then elaborated Space vector pulse width modulation technology, and to replace the traditional Direct torque control system hysteresis and switching table with the Space vector pulse width modulation technology, while in the control parameters for the PI process is difficult to achieve good results, design Auto disturbance rejection controller achieve speed loop adjustment. Simulation results show that the control method reduces the speed overshoot, torque and flux fluctuations.TI's TMS320F2812 final choice as a control chip system design of permanent magnet synchronous motor control system hardware and software components, and verify that the control method in the experimental platform.
