Coal is the main energy sources in our country,and the coal gangue is the biggest solid rubbish,because of its populate to the environment,so it give rise to big attention. So the decresement,reclamation and the sizement is very vexation.The composition and the character deside the coal gangue could be used in the field of building materials.Taking coal gangue as aggregate instead of natural aggregate concrete to preparae concrete is one of the best ways to consume coal gangue.This subject is funded by the committee project of National Natural Science and the limited company of ShenHua group.,it is the subprojects of the (U1261122),A11 results of the studies are in the fund of the project.First, our subject team studied the effect of moisture state for spontaneous combustion gangue aggregate on concrete mixture workability and compressive strength, put forward the determining basis of the spontaneous combustion gangue coarse aggregate unit water use, and laid the foundations for the spontaneous combustion gangue aggregate concrete mixture ratio design; Next through the regression analysis of spontaneous combustion gangue coarse aggregate concrete compressive strength test results, the concrete strength Bolomey formula was established for strength characteristic of spontaneous combustion gangue coarse aggregate;Finally through the statistical analysis of the different sizes of spontaneous combustion coal gangue coarse aggregate concrete cube compressive strength, axial compressive strength, flexural strength test results, proposed a different conversion relation initially.And had achieved some main research results:(1)The effect degree of moisture state for spontaneous combustion gangue aggregateon concrete mixture workability and compressive strength is greater than natural aggregate.lt could not according to the ordinary concrete and lightweight aggregate concrete mixture ratio design method to determine the unit water use,the adding appropriate additional water was recommended.(2)The mixture slump of spontaneous combustion gangue concrete increases with the increase of spontaneous combustion coal gangue aggregate water content, otherwise the strength decreases. Spontaneous combustion coal gangue aggregate with the appropriate additional water is the key to ensure that the concrete mixture workability and hardened strength, and need to suck water wetting aggregate in advance.(3)Spontaneous combustion gangue coarse aggregate concrete and ordinary concrete are similar in that there is linear relationship between the compressive strength with the Glue than, due to the bigger difference between its water absorption characteristics and crushing value of coarse aggregate with natural gravel, the regression coefficients in spontaneous combustion coal gangue coarse aggregate concrete strength Bolomey formula are different from the ordinary concrete, and has set the regression coefficient associated with coarse aggregate crushing value.(4) The cube compressive strength, axial compressive strength, flexural strength of spontaneous combustion coal gangue coarse aggregate concrete don’t follow the conversion factor of the ordinaryl concrete strength.
