In recent years, a new high-performance inorganic material was discovered— Geopolymer, aroused widespread interest in science, a wide variety of applications have emerged. It is based on silicon-aluminum as the main raw material, under the effect of alkali-activator,using appropriate technology preparation, having high strength, fast curing, acid corrosion, high temperature, and many other features of cementitious materials. Because spontaneous combustion coal gangue, slag and fly ash and other solid wastes contain high reactive silica, aluminum components, it may be preferred for preparing geopolymer materials, and preparation process is very simple, so that the cement from the "gray" to "green" changes as possible, is expected to become a new generation of energy-saving environmentally friendly materials, so it has much attention. This is the National Natural Science Foundation of China with Shenhua Group Co., Ltd. jointly funded projects-gangue in cement and concrete resource utilization of key scientific issues research (U1261122) subprojects, all research is funded by the Fund completed.This paper studies the spontaneous combustion of coal gangue as the main raw material, slag, fly ash as a secondary raw material, using of three active-rich silicon, aluminum components, under the action of an alkali silicate prepared spontaneous combustion gangue-slag-fly ash geopolymer. Focuses on the preparation process, mainly from the activators aging time, the solid-liquid mixture stirring time, vibration mode, compression moulding, curing temperature, curing time, curing method and other process parameters on the impact of geopolymer activity research. And made the following research results:(1) Preparation technology for spontaneous combustion gangue-slag-fly ash geopolymer activity influenceo is essential;(2) The best time of activator aging is 24h;(3) Spontaneous combustion gangue-slag-fly ash geopolymer is more suitable for automatic mixing mortar mixer of ISO, GB mortar shaker vibration molding;(4) Compression moulding can greatly improve its mortar strength, compression strength and holding charge time on the polymer structure densification greater impact;(5) Curing temperature had significant effect on the compressive strength of geopolymer mortar, especially on 3d compressive strength. Curing conditions on the flexural strength of mortar is not obvious, can not be considered. At lower temperatures only after a long time curing in order to obtain high compressive strength, while at higher temperatures can obtain high strength in a relatively short period of time, but will affect the later strength development;(6) Other technical performance measurement results showed that:spontaneous combustion of coal waste-slag-fly ash geopolymer indicators in line with the national standard GB175-1999.
