Water supply pipeline can smooth operation is directly related to the water supply enterprises and the normal life of the residents and the normal operation of industrial production process. Datong coal mine water supply pipeline because of years of lack of maintenance, there is a water supply pipeline facilities, pipe corrosion is more serious, extremely easy to cause the water supply pipe rupture etc. The system is based on Internet of Things three-classical architecture with hierarchical design ideas of acquisition layer, transportation layer, application layer. According to the actual situation, use EPANET software on leakage pipe network to simulate hydraulic conditions, through the fuzzy clustering analysis, to put forward the reasonable solution of optimal placement of the pressure measuring point.In this paper, characteristic of pressure changes under the circumstances in emergencies has been analyzed in detail. And under the condition of sudden serious leakage accident of water supply pipe to simulate pipe network running state:By establishing network micro hydraulic model,computer simulation in the case of major accidents is done, assessed the pressure variation caused by the booster, and through the case analysis, builded water supply pipe network leakage accident characteristic database.Mainly discusses the criterion of accident area, the accident point positioning technology, Put forward the "two steps" to pinpoint the accident point method:As the first step, intelligently identificate accident area,based on the BP neural network. Firstly using signature database to learn and train BP neural network.Establish non-linear relation between the accident area and the pressure change.Then,use the neural network to predict the location of accident,making the change of the pressure of the monitoring as the known conditions.The second step is on the basis of the first step, Based on the hydraulic model of the micro technology, use statistical methods to realize the accident point positioning,and use golden section methed to realize the prediction of water leakage.
