Due to the impact of environmental pollution,food hygiene,pressure of life and other social factors,infertility has become one of the common diseases,and the incidence rate shows a trend of rapid increase.As a reliable treatment of infertility,the technique of in vitro fertilization(IVF)has been widely adopted around the world,and in the assisted reproduction system,the oocyte retrieval device is a key equipment.Since oocyte retrieval device currently in use mainly depends on imports,which is expensive and prone to failure,it is necessary to design a low-cost and high-performance oocyte retrieval devices system,and this also has very important significance for promoting modern medical technology to cure infertility in China.In this paper,an oocyte retrieval device system based on Arduino for IVF was developed.It presented the overall framework and performance for the system,with focus on designing the hardware and software platform of oocyte retrieval vacuum control system and thermostatic test tube rack.We developed control software that enables precise control of the temperature,pressure and other peripheral devices in the system.The main contribution of this paper includes four parts as follows:1.In light of the current status of research,the advantages and disadvantages of oocyte retrieval device,the demand indices and the overall design of device system was given,and the main innovation of our system was also pointed out.2.We designed the hardware of the device system,which includes temperature measurement circuit,pressure signal acquisition circuit,filtering circuit,driving control circuit,power supply circuit and some other circuit of the microcontroller.According to the requirements,we chose components and completed the design of circuits and PCB board,and then the circuit board was tested for stability and reliability.3.The parameters of self-tuning pressure control algorithm and adaptive fuzzy PID temperature control algorithm were given in detail.Using Arduino IDE development environment,we developed the software program,and added filtering algorithms and other optimizing schemes to allow the system to achieve better control performance.4.The parameter indices,connection and specific operation of the oocyte retrieval device system were described.Several experiments were designed and carried out on the overall oocyte retrieval device system,pressure control subsystem and temperature control subsystem,to verify the reliability and applicability of the system.In this paper,we developed an IVF oocyte retrieval device system with low power consumption,low cost,high accuracy.It not only reduces the cost of infertility medical surgery,improves the performance of the equipment,but also has important practical significance to promote the scientific development of assisted reproduction,with good market prospects.
