The Reuse Design Research Of Cultural Heritage Buildings Of Huangtian Village In Anhui

The cultural heritage building is a kind of cultural heritage with abundant value and cannot be moved away.The cultural heritage buildings in the traditional villages have obvious particularities because of the characteristics of the historical culture and environment.The State Administration of Cultural Heritage has a set of written rules to protect cultural heritage buildings.However,due to the lag of the concept,lack of experience and funds,the problem of the cultural heritage buildings reusing in the traditional villages has not been taken seriously.In some villages,even though the cultural heritage buildings have been put into good protection and repair,the government and the residents are not aware of the importance of the use of cultural heritage due to the backward concept.The protection of cultural heritage is very rigid.The rich regional features of cultural heritage and the traditional culture have not been shown and the local people’s lives have not been valued.Huangtian Village,Jingxian,Anhui was included in the list of Chinese first batch of traditional villages.The cultural heritage buildings of Huangtian Village become the Important Historical Monuments under Special Preservation in 2006.The cultural heritage buildings embody the characteristics of traditional villages in South Anhui Province.In this paper,the reusing strategies and methods of cultural heritage buildings of Huangtian Village is studied,relying on the National Heritage Board pilot project.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part: It discusses the background and purpose of the topic and defines the research object of the article.The problem of the lack of the protection of traditional Chinese buildings in villages and Combed the domestic and foreign related areas of research are expounded.It clears the research methods and research framework.The second part: It the location and history of the Huangtian Village,analyzes the historical and cultural characteristics of traditional buildings.It lists and classifies the cultural heritage buildings of Huangtian Village.The preservation status and utilization status of cultural heritage buildings are explained.The third part: It studies the concept of the reuse of cultural heritage at home and abroad.On this basis,the reusing goal of cultural heritage buildings is determined,relying on Huangtian Village natural and cultural advantages,which is exploring the core value of cultural heritage buildings and continuing the traditional way of life.It establishes a series of principles that need to be followed in the reuse design of cultural heritage building and then put forward the strategy of overall planning layout,building protection and renovation,the new function replacement and original function continuing.It studies the method of the reuse of cultural heritage building and expounds the comprehensive plan and function layout mode of cultural heritage building reuse.The functional orientation of the cultural heritage buildings is divided into five categories: humanities exhibition,art education,business,service,living and accommodation.The fourth part: The reuse design of cultural heritage is studied through those five categories above.Selecting a typical case for each type,this paper expounds the general situation of the building and the function orientation,analyzes the current situation of the building,and formulates the corresponding reuse design plan.Finally,it summarizes the reuse design concept and design ideas of cultural heritage buildings of Huantian Village and puts forward the prospect of the reuse design of the cultural heritage buildings of traditional villages in the future.
