In the beginning year of the 13 th Five-Year Plan, China's economic and social development has entered a new stage of development, Building industrialization has promoted to a new strategic height in the new historical period. As an ideal structure of construction industrialization, profiled steel sheet has been used in various building structures more and more widely, with the characteristics of the ultra thin wall thickness, profiled steel sheet can reduce the amount of steel, reduce transportation cost, improve the seismic performance, but also lower the structure corrosion resistance. Combined with the increasing length of service, Combined with the increasing length of service, the effects of corrosion is becoming more and more obvious, But the current research on the corrosion performance of profiled steel sheet is still rare, in order to make up for the gap, this paper studied the corrosion performance specifically for the materials and structure of profiled steel sheet, it provides the theoretical support of testing, reinforcement and abandonment for profiled steel sheet in service. In this paper, experiment involved three parts: material performance test with different degree of corrosion and different thickness; wind uplift resistance test of profiled steel sheet system with different degree of corrosion and trampling resistance test of profiled steel sheet system with different degree of corrosion. Artificial accelerated corrosion include the CASS marking test and spray mist dry-wet alternate test, CASS marking test is for small specimen and the spray mist dry-wet alternate test is for whole profiled steel sheet. Through the material performance test study on corrosion of Q235 steel, this paper studied the effects of tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and bending performance, established the quantitative relationship between corrosion degree and the corresponding parameters and found the critical point of corrosion for the different thickness of the steel plate material. Through the wind uplift resistance test and trampling resistance test, this paper studied the influence of corrosion of profiled steel sheet system's bearing capacity, set up the finite element model of wind uplift resistance using ABAQUS finite element software and compared with experiment results, the results are in good matching. Control variable method is used to exclude the influence of the construction quality, link quality, fixed support status and other factors, the finite element model was used to study the corrosion influence on structure bearing capacity attenuation, and established the quantitative model for corrosion and wind uplift resistance. In addition, a model of reinforcement was presented to improve the ability of wind uplift resistance of profiled steel sheet after corrosion, through finite element analysis shows that this reinforcement method can improve the ability to a certain extent.
