In recent years,with the rapid urban construction of China,high-rise buildings have been built around our cities,the degree of aggregation are increasingly high which hides a variety of security risks.If the disaters occurred whether natural or man-made,we will meet a huge challenge.So researching evacuation is the main means to cope with these sudden disasters,which has become the main content of the current domestic and international research and decision-making,and has important significance on strategies' and measures' formulation.Due to difficulities of actual evacuation studies,the simulation model mainly was based on computer,which has become the effective and reasonable model for the further study.According to the background of emergency,aiming at characteristics of individual behaviors,a simulation model,that based on fuzzy reasoning,was built which close to the real life.Owing to the external environment variation,Agent could make the appropriate measures to adapt the current environment,and describe the physiological characteristics of individuals,which lay the foundation for evacuation model.In this paper,after a large number of literature and analysis,we found different pople's choice were different beacause of the different characteristics of individuals,such as age,gender and education level,but the main ways for evacuation are calling phone for 119,or running quickly.According to the above several factors,addin g the advantage of fuzzy reasoning,a fuzzy inferences system,which input includes gender,age and education level,output includes calling phone for 119,or running quickly,was used to analog the individual evacuation behavioral decision.Finally,using MATLAB software and Anylogic platform to build the evacuation model for simulaiton to achieve individual fuzzy decision.Evacuaiton efficiency is an important part of the evacuation study,on the basis of fuzzy reasoning model,this paper further optimize the evacuation route for individuals' choice.According to the individuals' choice on exports,this paper used PSO algorithm to optimize the route,and then control the pedestrain movement in the process in order to fled to export.In order to arrive at the destination,individuals could judge or adjust itself by comparing their composition and distance with the surrounding and destination.Finally,the optimazation algorithm was realized on Anylogic platform and the simulation experiment was made in Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Archtecture,through the comparison experiment with the join optimization algorithm to illustarte the validity of the algorithm is adopted;then using uniform experimental design for the experiment,realizing the personnel allocation proportion of the evacuaiton,verifying the effectiveness the alogorithm.In summary,the innovation of the paper lies in the simulation model based on fuzzy reasoning,achieving the different personnel descisions because of defferent factors such as gender,age and education level.Then to improve the effciency of evacuation,the optimization of individual evacuaiton algorithm is introduced into the optimization of individual evacuaiton path.What this paper made is to promote to a new level of computer-based simulation of evacuaiton,and provide a reasonable basis and foundation of the model in order to make measures in emergency.
