With the further development of China's reform and opening up as well as international trade,domestic demand for all kinds of resources is increasing day by day,which promotes the growth of China's port industry.There is a stark rise in the throughput of bulk cargo port which is playing an increasingly important role in the international trade.In order to promote the smooth development of the port in the international logistics and improve the efficiency of port logistics,there is an urgent need of carrying out overall optimization for the integrated transport network of our ports.Not only highway communications and transportation situations of the port cities should be considered,the current state of railway,water route and other modes of transportation should also be taken into account.All of these present a new challenge to the port transportation system.Port and highway system of bulk cargo is the study on the coordination and optimization of the port system and the highway transportation system.Scheduling activities include berth allocation before ships arrive at the ports,loading and unloading ship machine scheduling,stacker-reclaimer dispatch,storage yard scheduling of the stored goods,vehicle arrangement of transporting goods to the destination by road and other scheduling optimization problems.Currently,most scholars at home and abroad only focus on one or two aspects of scheduling,but port scheduling work is composed of a series of links,and if any one goes wrong it will seriously affect the efficiency of the whole activities.Optimizing parts of its contents cannot guarantee the largest economic benefits of the ports.In order to maximum the economic benefit of port transportation,we need to think and solve the problem from the overall point of view,so that on the one hand,all the port transporting works could be carried out normally,steadily and efficiently,and on the other hand resources can be fully and properly used.This thesis aimed at taking research on the process of unloading and transporting cargo to the destination,and mainly focused on scheduling and optimizing the problems caused during this process in terms of the overall situation,thus saving operation time of loading,unloading and transportation,and improving operating efficiency of port and highway system.Combined with the actual conditions of production scheduling at bulk cargo ports and coal wharf,as well as cooperation and autonomy features of Multi-agent theory,this thesis analyzed the problems caused during the process of port-highway scheduling,and built the port-highway integrated scheduling research model,so as to improve scheduling efficiency of port enterprises,relieve congestion of port transportation system,and promote the development of urban traffic.This thesis also carried out model solving by using particle swarm optimization method,and verified the validity of model through case study.
