With the increasing demand of energy saving and emission reduction in the world,hot mix asphalt pavement technology in the production and construction of high energy consumption,emissions,pollution and other issues gradually highlighted.Cold asphalt mixture technology with respect to hot mixture paving asphalt pavement and the temperature of warm mix asphalt pavement is a the most energy-saving and environmental protection technology reduces the set of aggregate and asphalt heating energy consumption,so as to realize the road construction of low energy consumption,small discharge,light pollution.However,the traditional cold asphalt mixture with large void ratio,low bond strength,relative and hot mix asphalt pavement technology is still a certain gap,can not adapt to the traffic level in china.The aim of this thesis is to improve the performance of traditional asphalt emulsion and emulsified asphalt mixture,using water-soluble polymer(waterborne epoxy resin)as modifier.The emulsified asphalt was modified by adding waterborne epoxy resin.Through orthogonal experiment,the influence of various factors on the performance of asphalt was determined by testing the three indexes(Penetration,Softening point,Ductility),and The production formula of waterborne polymer modified emulsified asphalt was determined.By means of fluorescence microscopy,atomic force microscopy,The formula of waterborne polymer modified emulsified asphalt was verified,and the modification mechanism of the emulsion asphalt was analyzed by the microstructure.Based on the characteristics of emulsified asphalt mixture modified by waterborne epoxy resin,to study the mixing water,emulsified asphalt content,mixing condition and mixing sequence,determine the asphalt mixture design method.A modified soil compaction test,modified Marshall test and other methods are proposed,and the design method of the system is put forward.The design of AC-13 type waterborne polymer modified emulsified asphalt mixture,and with the hot asphalt mixture volume characteristics,road performance,static modulus and fatigue performance are analyzed.In view of the waterborne epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt and its mixture low temperature performance of low.Low temperature performance improvement is proposed.The results showed that the water based polymer composite modified emulsified asphalt and its mixture can meet the requirements of the specification,which can be used for the maintenance and construction of the road.Due to its good environmental characteristics,has a good promotion prospects and application market.
