With the improvement of social scientific and technological level, building structure turn to the development of high-level, large-span gradually. At the same time higher requirements are demanded in taking full advantage of the material,durability and so on. Bonded prestressed concrete structure use high-performance materials, modern design theory and advanced construction technology, constructing efficient structure. Compared with non-prestressed concrete structure, bonded prestressed concrete structure not only has the advantages of large spanning, supporting capacity, good usability, high durability, lightweight and beautiful, but also more economical, materials, energy-saving. Therefore, prestressed concrete structure become one of the indispensable structure type of high-rise buildings, large-span spatial structures, heavy structures and special structures, special purpose project. And it has been widely used in large-span singlelayer, multi-storey industrial and civil buildings and high-rise construction projects in recent years.This thesis is to study the building, for example, From the basic concept of bonded prestressed concrete structures, combined with the example through the study of its content, features, technology, construction quality control, we focus on settlement of the engineering of large span,single-hole beam of many and long prestressed reinforcement, large tonnage jack, variable angle prestressed beams and complicated tension-side node, and we put forward a set of process methods and quality control points of bonded prestressed concrete frame structure with large span.Own opinion is making about material selection, specific methods of operation of the channels set aside, the production of prestressing tendons, tension, filling processes.A set of construction techniques are putted forward about the actual construction requirements and economic benefits. Improved measures are proposed in terms of material selection, tool components, and individual construction organization. It also provides a reference for future post-tensioned prestressed concrete construction.
