Based on tribo-electrification and electrostatic induction principle, the biomass produced by organism can be converted into electrical energy recycling, so there were possibility the body can be implanted self-driven electric device. The research of bio-compatible tribo-electric nano-generator(BCTENG) was beginning by selecting bio-compatible materials,changing the materials surface roughness of the friction layer, rational distribution extension cord to obtain a good output characteristics.The organism biomass converted into electricity that can be used again based on tribo-electrification and electrostatic induction principle which has opened up the way forward for such implantable device. In addition, for current environmental issues, proposed friction electricity for electrostatic adsorption boldly, and implanted in commercial masks in this paper.Also on the basis of obtaining a good output, exploring BCTENG for specific applications, we carried out the experiment of PE-BCTENG(poly lactic acid(PLLA) as upper plate and ethyl cellulose(EC) as lower plate of BCTENG) stimulated L929 cells of mouse, the PT-BCTENG(Titanium plate(TNTAs) as upper plate and PLLA as lower plate of BCTENG)regulated Mg-3%Zn-0.2%Zr degradation freely. And issues for the current environment, the first attempt to apply friction electricity for electrostatic adsorption and design tribo-electric nano-generator which was implanted commercial mask aim to improve dust filtration efficiency of particle size less than 2.5?m. Additionally, this article explores the influence of friction surface morphology change of polymer materials of BCTENG by hot pressing for output performance, the results showed that:1. When the PE-BCTENG stimulated L929 cells of mouse, the effect of stimulation of PE-BCTENG was same to 20?A DC, which could significantly increase the rate of cell proliferation and survival.2. PE-BCTENG can regulate corrosion degradation rate obviously, the best pressure frequency was 4Hz, when applying pressure frequency was 2Hz, the regulation of corrosion degradation was very weak, otherwise, the degradation was very quick for 8Hz.3. It was simple to make respiratory-powered tribo-electric nano-generator whose output voltage up to 18 V, current was 2.5?A, which can be implanted into masks for electrostatic adsorption.4. The simple pattern maked on the PLLA and EC friction plate by hot-pressing can improve the output performance significantly. Compared to flat friction plate, the output voltage can be increased by 3 times.
