Wind energy is a kind of clean and renewable energy,which is an important part of the development of new energy in the future.As a device which converts the wind energy into the electric energy,the wind power generator has achieved remarkable success in recent 30 years.The vertical axis wind turbine is widely concerned because of its advantages of low starting wind speed,no wind direction limits,wide operating range,simple control and so on.In particular,the successful application of permanent magnet synchronous generator in the wind turbine makes the power generation efficiency of the vertical axis wind turbine improved significantly without the gear box,which provides the possibility for further development.In this paper,a kind of vertical axis wind turbine is mainly studied,and a control algorithm is used to realize the maximum power generation.The wind power generator system mainly consists of three parts: the wind wheel part,the generator part and the control part.The wind turbine adopts the Senegal type wind wheel,which has two layers,and each layer has three blades.The generator is a permanent magnet synchronous motor,which is located in the middle of the two layer wind wheels and is directly connected with the rotating shaft of the wind wheel.The electric energy is stored in the energy storage device which is placed on the ground after rectification.In order to realize the optimal control strategy of wind turbine power tracking,the combination mode of software modeling and simulation with experimental results is adopts to establish a model of wind turbine generation system achieving maximum power generation.The work in this paper mainly includes the following five aspects: firstly,the three-dimensional model of the wind turbine is established,and the torque generated by the wind turbine at different wind speeds is calculated.The characteristics of the wind turbine are summarized and the mathematical model of the wind wheel is established;secondly,the mathematical model of the generator is established by referring to the parameters of the existing disc generator,and the electromagnetic field characteristics of the generator are analyzed,the current and voltage of the generator is analyzed at different rotating speed;thirdly,several methods to realize the maximum power of wind turbine are analyzed,and the control system model of wind turbine is established by using the method of optimum tip speed ratio control and vector control;fourthly,in MATLAB software,using the above model,the wind power generation system model is established,and the simulation analysis is carried out;finally,the experimental results are obtained by the experiment of wind turbine generation and then compared with the simulation results.In this paper,the mathematical model of the electrical part of the electrolytic hydrogen production is used for the simulation and analysis,which provides some useful help for future research and exploration of new energy.
