As an inportant anti-bird equipment,the gas gun has been widely used.Gas gun drive birds mainly rely on the high noise generated by the explosion of gas explosion.The loudness depends on the mixture ratio and uniformity of the gas and air in the combustion chamber,the mixing effect is decided by the ejector,so the ejector plays an important role in the gas gun.The gas gun on the market mostlywas the imitation of foreign-related products lack of relevant theoretical basis,the gas gun was unstablecaused by the variation of critical dimension.This paper chose a certain Gas gun as the research object,analyzedand optimized the ejector to compensate for the lack of the enterprises concerned,which has both theoretical and realistic significance.This paper deeply studied the Working principle and structural features of the ejector,and analyzed the existing problems,influence factors and improved direction of the ejector of the gas gun by Fluent.The main work made herein are as follows:1.According to the actual gas gun to establish the finite element model,analyzed the flow field of the combustion chamber which using the ejector of the original size,Based on the analysis,the gas concentration in combustion chamber is low and not uniform;the concentration and mixture uniformity are influenced by the parameters of the ejector.2.since the ejector ejector performance of many factors,different parameters were established for different models,analyze its effects on the injection coefficient,determining the specific effects of different factors for ejector performance,determining the range of parameters for determining the optimum injection performance3.Based on the stoichiometric ratio of gas combustion to determine the optimum injection coefficient,the ejector nozzle diameter and other parameters were determined,and two improved schemes are proposed.4.The flow field of combustion chamber after the ejector is analyzed.The concentration and distribution of gas in the two schemes were compared.Determine the best improvement plan.The experimental prototype was made according to the improved scheme,the gas explosive effect was tested under the different conditions,according on the test,explosive loudness and stability after ejector improved are greatly improved.
