To improve the informatization level of the manufacturing industry can improve the enterprise management ability and the production efficiency effectively.Manufacturing Execution System(MES)as an information management system oriented to production,has become an indispensable bridge between the enterprise management and production site information exchange.Therefore,the construction of a highly efficient production information communication network,to achieve the information transmission real-time,overall and accurate also improve the operating efficiency of MES,it is worthy to study deeply.This paper is under the background of upgrading the production workshop of a company in Tianjin.On the basis of analyzing the present situation and production process of the workshop,in view of the existing problems in the production and the requirements of constructing the digital workshop,making the research on two aspects-information communication network and information management system.In information communication network,there are two kinds of transmission modes:wired and wireless.Wired network due to the laying of cables,communication equipments can hardly move flexibly when fixed in a certain position.And once the cable fails,it is likely to cause the entire communication network paralysis then affect the normal production activities.Well,the ZigBee wireless technology has the characteristics of large network capacity,high reliability,and can realize its dynamic ad-hoc network to meet the requirements of production information transmission.Moreover,Zig Bee network topology can be extended.It can increase or decrease the node at any time as requirement.Thus,ZigBee technology is proposed as a means of production information transmission in this paper,which is on the basis of further research on the ZigBee networking process and routing algorithm,facing the actual situation of the production site.A routing algorithm is designed to reduce routing power consumption and shorten transmission delay.In information management system,design scheme of MES is presented by means of researching enterprise production information flow and combining the specific needs of enterprise information management.The function of each module in MES is designed in detail including the analysis processing of production status,workshop inventory,equipment operation,quality monitoring,and employee information these five categories of data.Upper computer software uses.NET4.5 architecture and C# language to write and develop.After system debugging,the results show that the whole system can transmit the production information stably and efficiently.Its function achieve the expected goal: meeting the basic requirements of production and improving the level of enterprise information management.This research is deserved further research and spreading.
