Since ancient times, our country is a agriculture country and agricultural landscape is the basic appearance and existence of our territory. Therefore, the future landscape infrastructure design sources would come form the following 3 aspectes, exploring the city intemal idle and underutilized space planting a variety of agricultural products, making them to be important parts of urban landscape and green mechanism and meeting the aspirations of the visible homesickness and the demand for food safety of the citizens. Urban agricultural landscape infrastructure is an important form of urban agricultural landscape. They are the structures standing on the ground, the ecological infrastructure taking natural process as the leading, the carrier of production function, the natural system for sustainable development of urban agriculture landscape. As a new type of planning and designing and ideology, the integrated functions of the production, ecology, science and technology,environment and appreciation of the urban agricultural landscape infrastructure and their operation strategy will greatly affect the texture and structure of the present urban space.The main results of this paper are as follows:(1)Analysis on development potential of urban agricultural landscape infrasture in urban built-up area of Weifang City. We collected the social economic data from 2005 to 2014 of the city and selected 15 driving factors. Using the multiple collinearity diagnosis analysis of the driving factors to determine the 4 types of driving factors, economic subsystem factors,social subsystem factors, resources subsystem factors and environment subsystem factors.The partial least qurares regression of the driving factors under different time series was carried out by SPSS 19. Then we analyzed the dirving force of urban agriculture development in Weifang City based on regression equation and found the factors that affect the development potential of urban agricultural landscape infrastructure in the urban built-up area of the city.They wereper capita net income of rural residents, total power of agricultural machinery,effective irrigation area and centralized treatment rate of urban sewage with the driving index of 0.2509, 0.1019, 0.1655 and 0.1332 respectively. The factor that influence the negative influence is the centralized treatment rate of urban sewage with the driving index of-0.2146.Finally, we uesd ROC fitting curve to predict the development potential of urban agricultural landscape infrastructure in Weifang City, which is great.(2)Based on the urban open space of Kuiwen district in Weifang City, the preferencecharacteristics and decision method of different behavior subjects in urban activities and the relationship between different types of subject behavior, we bulit spatial suitability evaluation model of urban agricultural landscape infrastructure based on multi Agent in Repast. The object was to explore and simulate the conplex spatial decision-making behavior in the process of urban infrastructure and agricultural landscape. The results show that the study area can be divided into three regions, the suitable area, the suitable area and the unsuitable area. Among them, most of the northwest, southeast and small part in southwest, northeast were the most suitable areas, accounting for 45.57% of the total area; most of the north and south were the more suitable area, accounting for 14.17%; the central wetland park area was the non-suitable area, accounting for 13.26%.(3)According to the characteristics of green space planning and the high building density in Kuiwei District of Weifang city, three kinds of agricultural landscape infrastructure, such as potted plant, multi layer planting facility, movable planting box and three agricultural landscape infrastructure operation mode,such as BOT model, business management model,community self organization model were designed, at the same time, from the organic waste pollution, agricultural chemical pollution, soil pollution in three ways to develop the risk aversion measures.(4)The development strategy of urban agricultural landscape infrastructure in Kuiwei District,Weifang City was discussed from policy guidance,multi discipline cooperation,technical support,public participation, evaluation system and so on. Which provides reference for the construction and sustainable development of urban agricultural landscape infrastructure in small and medium-sized cities and has important theoretical and practical significance for relying on the network of landscape infrastructure to build urban ecological complex, to guide the public to rethink the relationship between man and land.
