At present, the country vigorously advocate low-carbon energy saving and development of green building, building integrated photovoltaic( BIPV) has become a major trend in the future. While photovoltaic technology has begun to use in some areas of our country, most are confined to the demonstration project,do not have a high level of promotion. Therefore study on the structure design and security analysis of building integrated photovoltaic is essential.Based on building integrated photovoltaic, this paper puts forward a structure of industrial plant integrate with pv-roof and for the safety of the structure to carry out the numerical simulation.The main objectives include the followings:(1)Design of industrial plant integrate with pv-roof.(1)Depending on the regional of photovoltaic roof, the 4°,10°, 15°, 20°,25°, 30°optimal tilt angle of pv are selected, and proposed two different arrangement of pv according to the optimal tilt angle.(2) Design for pv supporting structure of the layout position,section size, and connection, a detailed analysis is carried on the load and load effect combination, as well as the static force calculation of supporting beam and column with working condition on supporting beam size 2L70 mm x 4mm,support column size 60 mm x 60 mm x 4 mm, and supporting column height of1600 mm, pv weight of 120 kg/m2 and tilt angle of 30°.(3) To clean the pv roof easier, put forward the pv clean system, including cleaning device and drainage device, its operation principle, arrangement position and quantity are described;(4)In order to improve the safety factor of roof, the roof repair and maintenance id designed, which is located in the lower end of the pv modules 15 ~ 30 cm.( 2) Seismic resistance performance analysis of industrial plant integrate with pv-roof. Respectively established general roof industrial plant, and pv-roof industrial plant finite element model by SAP2000, time history response analysis is carried out on the calculation model, The results show that:(1) The mast top displacement of pv-roof industrial plant is more than 20% growth of general roof industrial plant.(2) Under frequent and severe earthquake action, the mast top displacement of pv-roof industrial plant is 4.06 mm and 23.20 mm, thedisplacement of top floor pillar is 4.13 mm and 23.62 mm, meet the requirements of the seismic performance.(3) The mass of pv modules and the height of supporting column are important factors affecting the structure seismic response of pv-roof industrial plant, the tilt angle of pv has little influence on the structure seismic response of pv-roof industrial plant,when the tilt angle is less than 30 °.
