Compared with the traditional fixed axis gear train, planetary gear train has many advantages.Under the conditions of the same transmission requirements(specific transmission ratio, for example),the drive of planetary gear train is more stable, and its volume and quality are also significantly smaller;In other words, under the conditions of the same volume and mass requirements, it has a wider transmission ratio and better transmission characteristics. Furthermore, the scope of application of planetary gear transmission is very wide.At the same time, it has good application prospect in low speed and high torque respects.The main research object of this paper is plane planetary gear train. The further research has been carried out from the aspects of type synthesis ? isomorphism identification ? transmission characteristics and transmission ratio calculation.The research contents are as follows:Through the analysis of freedom of d system(tenth pages have instructions),This paper demonstrates that number of gear ring of single planetary gear train whose output is single is entitled three.The single planetary gear train containing V structure(tenth pages have instructions)is exhaustive after its classification that gets all 7planetary gear trains of V structure.By using the adjacency matrix method,single planetary gear train without V structure is studied in type synthesis respect. The method of vector encoding is been proposed to solve isomorphism identification of planetary gear.All the 12 kinds of single planetary gear trains without V structure are obtained. Encoding vector can be used for expressing gear trains.By introducing the concept of position number,the two-stage planetary gear train and the closed planetary gear train composed of 12 kinds of single planetary gear trains without V structure are classified separately. The two-stage planetary gear train and the closed planetary gear train are studied in type synthesis respect by using a new coding system. This paper use vector coding method for isomorphism identification of combined planetary gear. 471 kinds of two-stage planetary gear trains and 765 kinds of closed planetary gear trains are been put forward.Planetary wheel medium method is proposed for analyzing the movement of planetary gear train elements.By using planetary wheel medium method,we can know the movement of planetary gear train elements and get a method for solving transmission ratio.
