With the rapid development of economy and the continuous improvement of per capita income,More and more public buildings have been established.People has higher requirement for comfort,energy consumption of large public buildings are rush increased.The air conditioning system is the main source of energy consumption of public buildings,the choice of cold source schemes is an important decision in the process of HAVC system design,air conditioning cold source selection is reasonable or not,directly related to the project investment,annual operating cost,energy consumption and many other problems.This thesis introduces the present commonly used several kinds of cold and heat source unit,analyzes the current situation of the use of air conditioning cold and heat source in Changchun.Research a commercial office complex in Changchun,through the De ST software on the target building for the whole year hourly dynamic load calculation,combining with the building location,use of nature and the surrounding environment,put forward five representative cold and heat source combination scheme.Through the load characteristics of the target building,select the reasonable capacity of cold and heat source unit and ancillary equipment.Calculate the five plan,initial investment,annual operating cost,energy consumption in net value and the comparison.To conclude: according to the target of this project construction,centrifugal chiller and screw chiller and gas hot water boiler configuration is more economy.From an economic point of view in the gas and electricity adequate place can be used as the preferred solution.The lowest energy consumption scheme is centrifugal chiller and screw chiller and municipal heating systems.From the point of view of energy saving,this scheme is the most preferred solution whereelectricity is sufficient.Direct fired machine + gas boiler scheme has little effect on the environment,but doesn’t saving energy,more applicable in the power shortage area.Finally,expect the development of air conditioning heat and cold source in the future work and list what need to be done in the future.
