Studies On The Ice Storage Cold Air Distribution System

The study was focus on the ice storage cold air distribution system in this thesis.The study content includes the new design method of the ice storage cold air distribution system and the superiority of the control unloading technology.Engineering example is taken to analyze and verify the economical efficiency of dynamic ice storage cold air distribution system and the economical efficiency of the cold water unit with the control unloading technology.First, the new air flow and cooling load for cold regions are calculated in detail, then the deep study and analysis on how to choose apparatus, automatic controlling system for the ice storage cold air distribution system was done in this thesis.Second, considering the air dew temperature around the airduct, the study on the selection and arrangement of terminal equipment is expounded and analyzed. And the study on optimizing design of water chilling unit control unloading technology and energy storage air conditioning cooling was discussed emphatically, it points out that only need to add a set of control software can be implemented on the basis of ice storage for secondary peak.Third, the economic evaluation was carried out on the cold air distribution system of ice storage by establishing the mathematical model, and it introduces the static investment payback period analysis, the dynamic investment payback period analysis, life cycle analysis and so on, and the analysis on the initial investment, annual operation cost, life cycle cost of the system was done.Fourth, taking Huijin international financial building in xiamen as an engineering example, and with 100% daily load of air conditioning design as standard, respectively with conventional air conditioning, partial ice storage, total ice storage to discussed some economical problems of the system,and drawing the trend chart of the peak valley price ratio and payback period. And taking a shopping mall in Zibo City, Shandong Province as an example engineering example, and the economy analysis was done on whether uses the control unloading technology.
