With the improvement of the social productivity,logidtical transportation efficienc y becomes the key level to further improve production efficiency.Heavy goods vehicles become the main force of long-range transport for the reason of its characteristics with huge loading capacity,long-distance transport and high efficiency.In recent years,heavy vehicles' speed has accelerated significantly during transportation that leading to the continual heavy vehicle rollover accidents because of the large-scale highway and urban roads construction,it caused great damage of people and property.It is becoming a necessary study subject to keep security of life and property during transportation through exploring the influencing factors of heavy vehicle rollover stability,improving its roll stability by changing the parameters of the vehicle and then find a way to effectively prevent heavy vehicle rollover warning strategy.In this paper,the establishment of a rigid vehicle rollover quasi-static model,with the suspension of the vehicle rollover quasi-static and dynamic model of the vehicle,dynamics model rollover three degrees of freedom,based on domestic and foreign scholars of heavy vehicle rollover theoretical researches,can derive the system dynamics equations that reflecting the heavy vehicle rollover characteristic in the process of curve driving effectively.Refer to a triaxial loading vehicle made by China National Heavy Truck Group(CNHTC),the research built the vehicle model of the triaxial loading vehicle's main template,the subsystem and full vehicle model by using the ADAMS software.And the research verified the accuracy of the virtual prototype model.According to the virtual prototype's simulation comparative test by changed centroid height of the heavy vehicle models,the centroid position of the front and rear tire cornering stiffness,suspension stiffness and other parameters.Through the data analysis of the above parameters,find out impacts of the virtual prototype model vehicle rollover stability,and find the way to improve the stability of the heavy vehicle rollover method.Depend on different rollover conditions,the research selected vehicle lateral acceleration and vehicle roll angle as the rollover judgment indicators.Based on the establishment of anti-rollover warning algorithm TTR of heavy goods vehicles,and this algorithm is designed based on the rollover warning strategy flowchart.Finally,establish vehicle rollover warning system by MATLAB/Simulink,and verify the validity of the warning time through the simulation.
