Traditional high voltage measuring method is flawed and inadequate, like resistor divider and resistive-capacitive divider. The AC/DC high voltage electrostatic voltmeter measurement methods were improved in varying degrees, because the electrostatic voltmeter has internal impedance greatly in voltage measurement process, the voltage of high voltage input or distribution charges will not be affected, so the electrostatic voltmeter has a very important role in the high-voltage measurements. In this paper, the uniform strain beam FBG elelctrostatic voltmeter is optimized design, and based on the correlation integral principle of electrostatic voltmeter demodulation system is designed.Based on the conductor hemisphere electrostatic force of electrostatic voltmeter parameter with the uniform electric field was studied. The actual value of the uniform strain beam young's modulus was corrected by the curves the applied voltage and two FBG's center wavelength difference comparison of experimental data and theoretical data. Electrostatic voltmeter insulation structure was optimized design by electrostatic voltmeter electric field distribution simulation analysis and calculation using electrostatic field simulation software CST, by simulation analysis and calculations showed that, After insulation structure optimization of electrostatic voltmeter glass casing on the current density changed, and it decreases with the increase of glass casing length. Based on the conductor diaphragm electrostatic force of electrostatic voltmeter with the uniform electric field was designed. Conductor diaphragm electrostatic voltmeter electrostatic high-voltage measurement will be realized by theoretically calculated the curves the applied voltage and two FBG's center wavelength difference. Based on Silicon technology uniform strain beam FBG dynamic voltmeter was studied. dynamic voltmeter dynamic voltage measurement sensor structure is optimized design by analyzed the strain sensitivity coefficient of uniform strain beam and the first order natural frequency, Through analysis of the curves the applied voltage and uniform strain beam strain sensitivity, and analysis of the curves the applied voltage and two FBG's center wavelength difference. Analysis results show that, the dynamic voltage electrostatic voltmeter measurement has the realizability. Based on the correlation integral principle of electrostatic voltmeter demodulation system is designed, Electrostatic voltmeter voltage measurement is realized by the analysis of the experimental data, Demodulation system production costs are reduced by comparing with the original electrostatic voltmeter demodulation system, The increase of voltage electrostatic voltmeter measurement range is realized by adjust the distance form the centre of two FBG wavelength.
