Payload is the ultimate execution unit for a missile to destroy and kill an enemy target. In order to effectively destroy and kill the enemy target, according to the different types of enemy targets, missile replacing different kinds of payload before launch. In the modern weapon war, the battlefield situation information is complicated, and the pre-strike target is variety. In order to improve the adaptability of the battlefield and the speed of the combat response, the timeliness of the missile is particularly important. The replacement and maintenance of the payload is critical to improve the speed of the missile launch in the prewar technical preparation.Based on the discussion of payload rapid maintenance technology, according to the actual requirements during payload installation, relevant factors affecting the fast maintenance system are analyzed. Through a comprehensive literature and practical engineering problems, set up the mathematical description model, sort out the overall design requirements and related parameters of the fast connection support of the payload. With the existing payload support as the research object, through the comprehensive analysis of a variety of fast connection structure, to overcome the existing technical difficulties in the docking process, designed a new type of fast connecting support of payload and analyzed the key structure by theoretical calculation. New support can quickly disassemble the payload from the specified location.The three-dimensional model of the new type of payload support is established, and the key structure is simulated and optimized. Based on the typical working conditions of the payload, the static simulation of the whole structure is performed. According to the overall vibration environment of missile launching, modal analysis, harmonic response analysis and random vibration analysis are carried out to obtain the resonance range and mechanical vibration characteristics of the support in the launching process.The analysis results show that the new type of fast connection support can shorten the time of payload maintenance meanwhile the support structure can meet the loads requirements and the vibration requirements of missile launching process. In the end, this paper not only completed the fast connection design and finite element analysis of the payload, but also provided a further research foundation for the development of payload fast maintenance technology.
