With the rapid development of road engineering in China,the problem caused by overloading of vehicles becomes more and more serious.The vehicle overload causes the road surface,the bridge accelerates the damage,to the highway infrastructure is very disadvantageous,Lead to the normal service life of the highway infrastructure is greatly shortened;vehicle overload caused by road traffic accidents,endanger traffic safety.In the vehicle dynamic weighing system,the bending plate type weighing sensor is the integral structure,the vehicle wheel is directly acting on the weighing sensor,and it has the advantages of good corrosion resistance,high detection accuracy and stability.In this paper,the mechanical,electrical and mathematical system of the bending plate type weighing sensor is studied,and the material of the curved plate type weighing sensor is considered Composite influence surface,the core of the composite influence surface is the weight coefficient,and the use of mechanical,electrical,mathematical methods to change the weight coefficient of the composite impact surface and then adjust the composite influence surface.The main research work of this paper:(1)This paper introduces the research situation of the dynamic weighing system and the weighing sensor at home and abroad,and analyzes the action mechanism of the bending plate type weighing sensor,and analyzes its mechanics,electricity and mathematical system.The mathematical relationship between the differential pressure change of Wheastone bridge parallel bridge and the change of the resistance value of the strain gauges on the bridge arm is derived,and take this as the foundation,establish the mathematical relationship between before and after the vehicle load loading bridge pressure change.(2)The essence of weighing sensor is put forward,it provides a favorable tool for the research of the weighing sensor,which is convenient for the theoretical research of the weighing sensor,the weight coefficient of the composite influence surface is adjusted by the method of mechanics,electricity and mathematics.(3)The processing error of the bending plate type weighing sensor is analyzed,and using the method of adjusting the weight coefficient of the curved plate weighing sensor,the error correction is carried out,according to the principle of least square method,the error compensation method of bending plate type weighing sensor is established.(4)In the course of the experiment,the method of bending plate type weighing sensor is used to calculate the compensation value of the bending plate sensor,the bending plate type weighing sensor after adjusting the composite influence surface is calibrated,the accuracy of the bending plate sensor compensation method is verified.The research of this paper provides a favorable tool for the research of the weighing sensor,and through the mechanical,electrical and mathematical system of the bending plate type weighing sensor,the variation relation of the front and rear axle differential pressure of the bending plate type weighing sensor is derived,and the method of the circuit compensation process error is established,the accuracy of the bending plate type weighing sensor has been greatly improved,in the process of bending plate type weighing sensor,the calibration process of the repeated loading experiment caused by successive iteration is solved,the production cycle of the bending plate type weighing sensor is shortened,and a large amount of cost is saved.
