In recent years,the domestic part of bridge in-service due to the lack of effective monitoring measures and the necessary maintenance and conservation appeared cracks,structural damage,and Destruction,caused the attention of the society and the government.Therefore,early detection and timely treatment of the disease is essential,but also has the important significance to the development of the theory of new large span bridge construction.In this paper,based on the project of Yunnan Mongolian New Highway black river bridge project,the research on the design of deflection monitoring,video analysis,vehicle load and dynamic deflection is designed.Main research content:(1)real-time monitoring system based on the deflection of the Beidou System.The large system of bridge health monitoring system is built on the bridge of the 1/2 in the middle of the bridge.(2)early warning model and classification of bridge based on the analysis of key section dynamic deflection.Based on the analysis of the bridge section displacement and dynamic deflection theory,the finite element simulation of the black cross channel bridge,the dynamic deflection of bridge structure dynamic response under impact load is obtained.(3)a structural safety risk tracing system based on dynamic deflection monitoring.In dynamic deflection monitoring data and dynamic deflection prediction model based on,deflection monitoring system data and information triggered combined with mechanism of video capture results and construction of structural dynamic deflection response of real-time traffic video capture system based on the analysis of traffic overloading of vehicles on the bridge of the impact and achieve high risk risk vehicles traceability.In order to evaluate the safety state of mountain highway continuous rigid frame bridge in operation stage,the real-time dynamic monitoring of bridge is realized by monitoring method and engineering verification,and a set of deflection monitoring and structural safety traceability system is developed,which can provide reference for bridge health monitoring system.
