Cable crane is composed of main cable,hauling cable,lifting trolley,hoist cable,tower and anchorage.It is a kind of construction equipment for vertical lifting and horizontal transportation.However there are big differences for huge tonnage cable crane in the aspects of structure,safety and equipment request when comparing with small span and small tonnage cable crane.With development of technique of bridge construction,the span of bridge and the hoisting system used in construction become larger and larger,to summarize the mechanical characteristics of long span suspension bridge cable hoisting system and to carry out innovation of design and construction application on the basis of it,is an important part of construction technology research.The research results can provide theoretical guidance and empirical data for the design and construction of large span and large tonnage hoisting system.In this paper,with the cable crane of Longjiang Bridge as the project background,the finite element software ANSYS is used to establish the model of the cable crane,mainly carried out the following aspects of the work:1.Based on suspension bridge structure characteristics and construction requirements,the differences between cable hoisting system used in the construction of suspension bridge and other bridges were discussed and the characteristics of cable cranes used in several domestic large span suspension bridge were analyzed.This paper focuses on the analysis for the differences of cable crane of bridge engineering construction and hydraulic engineering construction as well as the differences of cable crane of Suspension bridge and cable crane of arch bridge.2.The basic theory and application in the calculation of main cable of cable crane were discussed.With an example,the relative error of parabola theory and catenary theory of the main cable were analyzed.3.By compared with finite element method,with the deflection under the maximum load as a reference,the calculation precision of two formulas are studied,and analyzed the mechanical properties of main cable influenced by the change of sag ratio.4.By setting support form of main cable at the top of the tower as consolidation,and at the same time change the tower stiffness,under the conditions of different tower stiffness,the influence of the fixed main cable on the mechanical properties of the tower was studied.5.By comparing and analyzing the cable crane system of different arrangement parameters,the effect of design parameters such as sag ratio of mid span and incline angle of the main cable of side span on mechanical performance was studied and then got the reasonable range of values of design parameters.6.By setting some initial sag difference,to simulate a group of main cable with initial installation error during erection of cable crane,the influence of the main cable installation error on the mechanical properties of the main cable was studied.7.According to the relevant codes,the safety performance of the major cable components of cable crane of Longjiang Bridge was checked.The calculation results show that the main cable and other components of the cable crane of Longjiang Bridge are in line with the safety requirements.
