In the current rapid development of society,global environmental pollution is getting worse.Transportation is one of the important industries cause environmental pollution,energy consumption and emissions from road traffic in the road caused by the material should not be overlooked.Asphalt material is essential that used on the road.The study found that asphalt life cycle will generate a lot of CO2,SO2,NOX,CO,N2O and other emissions,consuming large amounts of resources and energy.Currently,there are lots of researches on asphalt life cycle about environmental emissions,and most studies mainly from the environmental attributes evaluation.It is not comprehensive of environmental attributes and economic attributes,just from the environmental benefits.Economic efficiency is often concerned by most people.Therefore,this paper primarily evaluated asphalt both environmental attributes and economic attributes.In this paper,based on life cycle assessment?LCA?and life cycle cost?LCC?theory as research foundation,analyze the asphalt life cycle of environmental and economic factors.Technical framework LCA-LCC method is proposed using data envelopment analysis?DEA?for asphalt environmental assessment and in-depth analysis the relations of data envelopment analysis and asphalt environmental emissions,certainly the evaluation necessity of DEA theory.Thesis chooses three common types of asphalt pavement SMA,OGFC,AC,with SMA,OGFC,AC,for example,three kinds of environmental emissions for asphalt pavement life cycle of comparison.The asphalt life cycle divided by four stages of asphalt production,transport,paving compaction,recovering.Based on the four stages to analysis and quantify resource consumption,energy consumption and environmental emissions of each stage.Set up the SMA,OGFC,AC three respective inventory data to establish the index system of environmental input and output types.Establish the index system,then establishing LCA-LCC integrated matrix model.By using cost analysis and social willingness to pay method come to conclusion of three asphalt mixture of integrated environmental and economic data.Finally build DEA model,using MATLAB to solve the model,and ultimately obtained three kinds of asphalt?SMA,OGFC,AC?about environmental performance evaluation results.Ultimately,comprehensive explain the results from the economic cost,DEA environmental performance evaluation,pavement performance of the three aspects.According to our current situation,make some constructive recommendations and take some improvement measures on environmental emissions.
